I'm really sad dgs2 was only translated up to two cases and they'll probably release the game officially in the US this summer so I'll have to play them over again 😭 it's still amazing tho

As long as GameFreak outsources the next generation like they said they were planning to do (but anything GameFreak says shouldn’t be taken to face value), then I don’t care what happens, just get it away from them already.
Sword and Shield are going to sell millions, 90% of the people playing it will be fine with it and will say the other 10% are just being stubborn. The “new” versions will come out in 2020 and we’ll repeat this whole process until 2022 when the ninth gen comes out and if it is actually outsourced to a new company we’ll enter a new era of Pokemon shitposting where we can no longer blame Masuda. He will have gotten away with his crimes and will live happily making Little Town Hero 3 after the general public forgets the first two Little Town Hero games even existed.

kind of disappointing how it seems like game freak has gotten away with lying, cutting over half the pokemon, and making an even worse game than the one before it. is there any hope for pokemon?
