how do you make stomach pain that is bad enough to make you sick go away when you don't have Tums on you

all i have is vicoden, iron, ibu 600, generic prevacid, and maybe a b-complex vitamin in the way of medicine.

no guys I am legit serious I want to lay down and sleep but it makes the stomach pain worse and the only thing that's making it better right now is typing or doing something that takes my mind off of it a little but that will run out and I am so scared of being sick in public okay.
