This HP Envy 17-C051na laptop was brought to us at www.fix-ya-pc.co.uk with the issue that the charger was not charging the battery. Before any solutions were offered to the new customer we set about diagnosing the problem. This was found to be attributable to a broken charging port. A new charging port was supplied and fitted. Power was successfully restored.

This customer contacted us for advice when they noticed that their power jack felt loose when putting the charging lead into their HP Pavilion 15-N065sa laptop. We supplied and fitted a new power DC jack. Now the laptop is back to perfect charging condition.
