The customer advised us that they had several issues with the power for their 9 year old Lenovo laptop. The battery was discharging very rapidly, the charger was temperamental and needed both cables wriggled to keep the charger charging.
We sourced a new battery, charging port and charger. After fitting both the battery and the charging port all issues were resolved.
Here’s hoping that with continued servicing and care this customers laptop keeps working for another 9 years!
