Animals
Animals don’t have rights to standing toilets, or toilets in general. Biologically, some cannot use the toilets at all. Toilets are purely an invention by human, for humans and could be analyzed as a power relation between humans and animals, where humans are perceived as holding greater power. Furthermore, Instone and Taylor’s concept of Collective thinking comes into mind. WE don’t think about others, non-humans, when it comes to who has access to toilets.
