I'm seeing all these pictures of people in qipao for the new year, and uh, the last pics I have me in a qipao are 7 years old. I would have to dig deep for that. But hey, I have 13 days left to make a post about it so.... . The new year is a bit odd for me tbh. Half of my family was born in the US, and Chinese New Year really isn't a big deal to them. My mom and my eldest aunt were born in Taiwan ( and Hong Kong.... It's complicated). The new year is much bigger thing for them. Normally, I would be helping my mom host the party, but alas, she's up in NorCal. The work schedule in the US isn't very amendable to Chinese holidays. One of the reasons I chose to do Power Stone over other series is due to its relative obscurity.
