I got out with my buddy Tim yesterday and had an AWESOME time!! I started off by catching the first 2 bass and then it all went south. Nothing I did worked. Both came off wood, and I was using a @powerteamlures grub rigged on 59 lb @fishseaguar Flippin' Braid and a @wootungsten #NeverChip weight and a @gamakatsu.usa super line hook, but could not get another bite on wood. But Tim finally decided to get in the game, yet not until late in the day did he get a bite on wood. And while a spinnerbait should have excelled, not one strike.
