1. First band you saw live? That’s a bit embarrassing... Tiziano Ferro, an italian singer, it was 2004 I think.
2. Last band you saw live? Very last was Metallica, closing Leeds Festival
3. Favorite you’ve ever seen? Mumfords in, uh... I can’t choose, either Verona or Rome
4. Best concert memory? Uhm... us going “poropopopopo” on the banjo solo in Lover of the light in Rome and Marcus looking at Tom, laughing, I guess? And Matt coming right under our seats during Mr November and getting to sing it (or better, yell it) right to his face.
5. Worst concert memory? People talking over The National in Madrid and me getting too nervous to really enjoy a couple of songs.
6. Who has the best banter onstage? I really liked Marcus in Rome and Pistoia, Dan from Bastille in Leeds and uh... can’t really remember any other right now :)
7. What’s your favorite music festival? Well, gotta answer Leeds festival
8. Do you wait to meet band members after a show? Not really, it only happened 2 years ago with Half Moon Run
11. Do you like a band playing mostly new or old stuff? Both, meaning I want both
12. Would you ever go to a concert alone? I think I would, yes
13. Do you go early and catch the openers? Yep
14. Would you rather see a band you’ve seen a bunch of times again or see a band you’ve never seen before? Generally speaking, a band I’ve never seen before, but if it’s either Mumfords or The National, then I’d go with them over anyone else.
19. What’s one band you’d love to see live? I really miss The National, but since I’ve already seen them twice, I guess it doesn’t count, so... right now I really wanna see The Maccabees who I missed in Leeds ‘cause I was working and I’m gonna probably miss again since I don’t know whether I’d be in Milan or London next year. So right now, gimme The Maccabees. Also Vampire Weekend and Haim. And Damien Rice. And The War on Drugs. And after Leeds I really wanna see Everything Everything again. I think I’ve said enough, lol
