I was wondering. if there's a silent gravestone in play, and I play the mending of dominaria can I still choose a creature card from my graveyard? I'd like to believe so because mending doesn't really say target, but I'm not sure anymore.

Yes, you can still choose a creature card for the Mending of Dominaria.

None of Mending’s triggers target anything in your graveyard, they just have you choose a card there. Choosing isn’t the same as targeting and so Silent Gravestone doesn’t interfere with its work here.

Let's say I have a 5/5 indestructible creature, and I block a 3/3 creature with it. And after blocks my opponent give my 5/5 indestructible -2/-2. Would it survive or would it die?

It will survive.

An indestructible creature can never be destroyed by marked lethal damage. In the situation you describe, you’ll have an indestructible 3/3 creature with 3 damage marked on it. Its toughness would need to be reduced to 0 or less for a toughness-reducing effect to kill it. (Normal damage doesn’t reduce toughness.)

Does assemble the legion triggers purphoros, god of the forge? Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, purphoros deals 2 damage to each opponent And does it trigger for each muster counter?

This works. (It’s actually the backbone of my Standard deck right now!)

Assemble the Legion puts creature tokens on the battlefield. Purphoros will trigger for each creature that enters the battlefield. If Assemble the Legion makes 5 tokens this turn, Purphoros will trigger five times (for total of 10 damage).
