It was already past midnight. Usually, AJ would go straight home after her shift but this day was different, she wasn’t going to her usual route to her home, instead she was going into the other way, and why is that so? She was actually following someone secretly. Pushing her way through the crowd, her eyes not leaving the trail of a certain guy, that guy. Not just any guy, the guy she was following was a part of her past, she was very sure of it. He was the same guy he had encountered before, he tricked her, imprisoned her and tortured her, she could still remember that day, and his face clearly brings everything back, the pain and the suffering she had a few years ago.
The guy was a little sober, maybe that’s why he did not recognized AJ while she was serving the drinks, or maybe because she dyed her hair blonde and she looked rather different today. Why was she following the guy anyway? It’s pretty simple, she wanted revenge. She haven’t planned anything yet, but she’s surely gonna make the guy suffer the same as to how she did back then. After a few turns into some alleyway, the guy went inside a certain apartment around the block, the guy constantly looked back and AJ had to hide behind the trash bin or the wall, and thank god for the alcohol, she seemed unnoticed by the guy. She was now hiding behind a trash bin nearby, her eyes still staring at the door, the guy was already gone, but she was still there, staring.
Is it the right time to barge in and attack, or should she still think it over, she wasn’t so sure what to do next. Upon being all busy with her thoughts -- there was an interruption, a noise not too far away from her. “Who the fuck--” she quickly bent her knees down, her head turning from left to right, having a quick look around. “Who’s there--”
