On “Just Relax”
○●Notice: This narrative touches power, obedience, and domination. It is fiction. Yet if your mind bends too easily… that’s your weakness, not my influence.

“Just relax.”
One of the most useless instructions ever given.
People say it as if relaxation were a switch. As if the body obeyed language so directly.
It doesn’t.
Tension is not a mistake. It is a decision the body made and refuses to undo without a reason.
You don’t relax someone by telling them to relax.
You give their mind something better to do.
A rhythm to follow. A story to enter. A pattern that slowly replaces the one they’re holding.
Relaxation is not compliance.
It is displacement.
And displacement— when done properly— feels like relief.
Which is why people thank you for it.
