The first test didn't turn out very well. Vapor from the agar soon covered the inside of the lid and made it impossible to see the biofilm underneath.
Experiment plans at KI
Today two meetings at Karolinska Institute took place. The purpose of both meetings was to set up experiments to grow biofilms in laboratory environment and to have a workshop on how bacterial growth can be directed by a designer in the future.
