I like the challenge of shifting and distorting the design so it fits the shape of the skin.
This arrangement of wings and eyes is inspired by "biblically accurate angels" mixed with the spots from a tiger.

I HAVE FINALLY SETTLED ON A TATTOO!!!!
I'm gonna do this! I made it. :) It's supposed to represent my son Hypnos, AKA my sleep god oc. At first I didn't want my tattoo to be anything about my ocs bc I was afraid I might change the lore later on, but tbh I'm very happy with how Hypnos' lore is and I don't think I'll change it. (I hope...)
I contemplated whether I should keep the sclera dark grey like my oc's or pitch black, but I decided on black since that's a tattoo and it's gonna make the star pop off better. It's small enough for my first tattoo, but it still has this thing going on, yk? Like, it's not very simple. And my mom liked it, so yippee! :3

In the search for more tattoo flash I'm also learning about tattoo history. There's so much to learn and so much flash to look at and draw! I did some Sailor Jerry redraws a while back and I wanted to do something like that again.
I've been feeling that fire to draw again. It's so rewarding to just create. Thank you for looking 🖤
