After three days of growth the biofilm start to spread....

All experiments filed. A total of 23 experiments as a part of the practical research was sorted, named and filed.

Another day with Katarina Eismann gave good results. Her workflow in Final Cut Pro made editing the promo video quick and smooth. A temporary version is now ready but the final version will be finished when the product shots is taken and put into place.

Final model

Top picture: The biofilm will grow on this purple agar gel that was casted in a 3D printed mould. Here I sprinkle bacteria on the gel.

Bottom picture: Final set-up for time lapse photography. One photo will be taken every 20 minuties for a week.

It was hard not to damage the gel when breaking up the mould...
