you basically first make the two gifs, convert them to video time line and convert the frames on the right to a smart object

and then put the one over the other and BOOM

thank you so much, i really needed this. i just don't want them to think that they're throwing away their money bc that'd be ignorant of them. i could have potential, they've never seen me direct or act. they can't judge, and i need to remember that and just follow my dream.
