But the motto “Life is more precious” has been rooted deeply in our minds to protect ourselves. So just sit back, relax and enhance skills or start learning new things for which you never had time before.
These days I am loaded with office work and it increases day by day. But I am enjoying it as I never met with this situation earlier. I am finally getting used to this office routine. But the internet sucks in my home. That’s the biggest issue I am facing.
I have shared some of my good moments with you and what I learnt from those. I personally believe that small changes can make a great impact in your life and I am experiencing it daily - My habits of good things has been formed by small changes only.
Today I will be sharing with you another great tip for effective weight loss which is highly overlooked but has great benefits. Eating dinner early. Yes this is the most underrated tip I have seen. Changing lifestyle also includes your eating habits and most often people ignore this. You must be thinking if this is such an underrated tip How I came to know about this? Well that’s not a long story, it’s actually a short story.
I have already mentioned in one of the posts about how my weight loss journey started when I was in secondary school. When I was about to start doing yoga, one day I heard someone on TV giving this tip of eating dinner before 7 p.m. to lose weight. My grandfather was watching it and I just casually heard it while doing some work. But at that time I was fully determined to lose weight to wear “lehenga” in my cousin’s marriage. So one day I told mummy to make dinner for me before 7 p.m. She said okay. My computer coaching classes were going on at that time with timings 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The centre was located far from my house and it took 15 minutes to reach home. This was not the issue but the railway crossing was. Due to trains, sometimes I reached home after 7 p.m. and refuse to eat. This became a tension to my mother and we fought over it too. Sometimes she complied with me or vice versa.
The point of this story is my mother was my biggest supporter and to tell you about the tip which genuinally helped me in losing weight. You can ask about this from your health expert too.
Change within and shine outside!!
Do let me know if you have tried this technique earlier and how it went. Please feel free to give suggestions. Tell me on what area you want to learn more. Till then, HAPPY READING!!
