Update:
So.. about 60 miles out from Charlotte, NC; crashing in the van at a rest stop. Had to pop in a new alternator cause the used one crapped out on me like 20 miles before we hit Richmond, VA. Took 4 hours and about 300 bucks to get that figured out since I don't have tools or the strength to pull the tensioner to pop the belt back on. Mobile mechanic felt bad for me, so he gave me a flat rate. Gonna have to gas jug it after Charlotte, though. Now every time my adrenaline hikes I smell burning. I know it's psychosomatic but that shit is stressful. -.-
