yeah! her name is danny, which is short for danny devito, a name i gave her before i knew she was a little lady. dave calls her thundercat so i guess that’s kind of her name too. she is aloof as shit and very snooty but also best friends my kid.
she sounds like my kind of cat, haha! it’s kind of weird though, your dave calls your cat by a different name too? my little guy is meowgon, like you probably already know, since i talk about him so much. (but that’s besides the point.) but, dave always calls him doc.

✉ - texting habits
He texts John essentially every moment of the day when they’re not together, which is to say if he’s not occupied by something else and it just doesn’t cross his mind. When writing longer texts, he refuses to use periods and instead creates a new line for every new thing he wants to say and to emphasize what he’s trying to get at, sometimes making one text from Dave unnecessarily lengthy.
His text tones are different for people he’s regularly in contact with (Karkat, Rose, John,.)
He also knows how to swipe-text fairly well and does it when he’s feeling too lazy to lift his thumbs from the screen.
