Idiots in Love.

It makes me ache that both Dean and Cas feel such a strong need to be loved for who they are but try so hard to convince themselves they can live without it. But they really want to be wanted. And they feel that way about each other but neither one believes it, or believes themselves worthy of the other’s love. 

And remember when human!Cas was so love-starved that the slightest possibility that a niceprettylady kinda liked him was enough to get all his hopes up, before dropping them from a great height and shattering the tiny bit of self-esteem he managed to acquire? And suddenly he felt even more worthless than he did when the love of his life rejected him and abandoned him. 

And remember when demon!Dean was cured and his humanity was restored and the first thing Cas did was leave with the very angel who tried to kill Dean? Even after he just told his angel, “I’m glad you’re here”. 

The disbelieving-love-dance between these two idjits is going to wear my heart to shreds, I swear to Chuck.

My little Kenobi died today, I'm so sad, I cried, I had so many plans for us. I would live with him in my new home, and we would be so fucking happy, but someone killed him, just like the other one, Eduardo, I lost every cat I had. But I still love them, forever. And idk why I'm writing this but I'm so sad and idk what to do. Then, is that, I'll love you forever, Kenobi.
