Just a Little Update: It was a little worse than we expected... She is having to stay overnight at the vet's office. The large gash in her head wasn't that big and was stitched up with 4 stitches, but there was a hole above her right eye that was deeper than they were expecting, so they have a tube in it. Because it was a opossum they're concerned about bacterial infections so she is getting antibiotic injections. The inside of her mouth has healed up & they found a puncture under her jaw (1 more stitch). As of now 7 stitches & hopefully passed out asleep in the Dr.'s care.
