My thoughts and prayers go out to Nepal these days, I’m deeply saddened by the news of the earthquake. I was lucky enough to visit Nepal, do the Everest Base Camp trekking and spend a few days in Kathmandu last year. It was a dream come true, the most amazing places I've ever been and some of the kindest people I've ever met.

my heart goes out to #Nepal right now. Its such a magical and beyond beautiful place. some of the kindest folks and incredible countryside and locations I have ever experienced. may the relief and help come swift and I pray for everyone there, the family's and loved ones lost and all the people of the Kathmandu valley as well as those yet to be found. I and @katiegreens spent two months there last year this time and had such an incredible time thanks to the kind and amazingly friendly people of Nepal.
