France: Energy, water, gas bills paid by the government.

USA: suspended or reduced mortgage

Brazil: Cuts salaries in a half.

I’m still shocked. Our government will allow the companies to cut the work journeys and salaries in a half in our country due to the coronavirus pandemic state. We are already scared with the possibility to catch this plague or seeing our beloved ones catching this shit and now we have to deal with the stressful information that our salaries may be reduced in the middle of a situation where resources are scarce and being dragged by the ones with more money to buy them first.

Just for the energy bill of my house, I’m already paying 400 reais monthly. Add to this 106 reais for the BASIC signature of the water and you have 506 reais of my husband’s salary going straight to the big companies that won’t have their profits reduced in this chaotic situation.

I have no idea how to proceed now. I was going to bed when I saw this news popping on my screen. 

All I can say now is #prayforBrazil cause we are completely abandoned in this forsaken place...

Human priorities are so fucked up it’s not even a joke anymore. We about to lose a vital ecosystem that produces the air we fucking breath and we only find out three weeks later cause who cares right.
