Thoughts on latest events in Sydney: -if you voted for tony Abbott I hope this event has FINALLY shown you what an absolute uselessssssss prick he is. I am SO embarrassed to have him representing my country, my home to the rest of the world - the #illridewithyou tag is so amazing and I'm so proud :) BUT it shouldn't be needed, there shouldn't be the discrimination there in the first place -I truly don't believe this was terrorism, I think it was someone who was mentally ill (based on his past behaviours) who was coincidentally Islam which was so unfortunate because it's perpetuated stereotypes which shouldn't be there when in reality people should be made more aware of mental illness -I really worry that this will start more terrorism in aus but I hope hope hope not -I will never ever ever base anyone on religion, looks, first impressions, beliefs ect etc but only on WHO they are, these events have done nothing but remind myself to hold these beliefs

Everything going on in Australia really scares me and my heart goes out to everyones family who has suffered a turmeric event, especially those who were in the Lindt cafe. I pray for Sydney and for everyone who is scared. I know I'm shit scared and I really don't want anything to happen to Melbourne..

I feel obligated to say something. Lately with Ferguson, Peshawar, Sydney Australia, just the world in general, some people have been feeling personally targeted etc… And they are being personally targeted because of religion, race, etc. I don’t think I can change any of that, but if any of my followers or whatever are Muslim, black, any type of minority, you are just as valuable as anyone else. I’m sorry this shits happening, do not believe racists etc when they try to devalue you, or say shit like “you’re going to hell.” This applies to any type of ignorant shit, like homophobia. Praying for all your safety though, if you want to talk message me, I’m here for anyone who needs/wants to talk about it.

I'll Ride With You. It's not just a sentence, it's no longer a hashtag, it is word well put into action. Despite of the terrible incident that took place, we know better that we are not standing alone, that people do will ride together. What has happened may affected me personally, but I know it's not just me. And I am amazed with this view -- hundreds of people, young and old, businessman and students, citizens and visitors -- despite all differences we may have, they all are here, paying tribute for the losses and sacrifices.
