Braylan had never thought that falling for two people at once would be as smooth as this had been for the three of them. Wesley had helped him understand how freeing it was to allow his heart to flicker for more than one person. Sharing connection with more than one person made him feel like he could anything in the world. To be honest, he could do anything in the world, except for maybe getting on a plane to Mars but that was coming anyway so he wasn’t bothered. “How was your day?” He asks against his husband’s lips, allowing his mouth to travel against his neck so that he could answer him if he felt the need to. They didn’t get a lot of alone time anymore and now that their babies were in bed, he wanted to soak up as much of his boy as he possibly could. They weren’t all married to one another, he hated that it was still illegal, but he had given Pearl a ring for sheer importance. He was their husband too, even if the law was a piece of shit about love and everything else. “was that shiver?” He teases him, knowing very well that Pearl often turned to mush in his hands and that since having children together, their relationship felt deeper in connection. “ damn.. there goes that plan. “ kai scrunched up his nose, the feeling of fingers in his hair was so relaxing, honestly he could fall sleep in mike’s arms right there but he didn’t want to miss anything. “ you’re so smart. “ the younger man chuckled, his gaze looking up at the older man. for some reason he always felt so safe with older men, not that he specifically had a type or anything but being in mikes arms made him feel so secure, calm. “ yes ! all she has to do is open the door and bam! pizza in bed. “ kai professed before leaning up to press a quick peck on mike’s jawline. 

Patting the bed, he winces when the jindo pounces on his legs, moving upward to rest her nose at his chest. “You think you can do that, Pep?” He asks the animal, running a hand over the strength of the dog’s head and neck, earning a whine from the dog. Michael was glad that she was adjusting to their new lives alright, even if she got mad from time to time that he came home a little later than he had promised. “She’s certified.” Michael starts. “When I lost my best friend a couple of years back, my superior gave her to me in hopes that she would help my rehabilitation and grief go a little smoother. The first time she licked my face mid-panic attack, I was done for.” He chuckles fondly. “Despite that, she might not let me have pizza in bed. She can be a little strict.” A smile.

“Okay. Whatever you want.” Braylan says with a cheeky grin against the back of his head. The astronaut starts at the knot of his jaw, dragging his mouth down and over his neck and shoulders. Instead of turning the younger man so that he could kiss over his chest and stomach, he diverts his attention to his spine, tracing the disks and length of his spine as he sinks lower. Curls disappear underneath the blanket and he decides in the moment to nip Tommy’s skin where his hips attached to his abdomen. “Are you awake yet?” He grins. ( @tommyxshaw​ )
