Back to basics
It’s been a rough few months. The TL;DR involves a lot of heartbreak. I’ve been working out consistently, but not eating well.
So here we are. Still 20lbs down, not one pound more, not one pound less. More muscle, more strength, more flexibility, but not less fat.
Going to be pre-cooking and tracking here and MFP as much as possible. Wear my Fitbit again. Increase cardio.
Follow for food (no cheat meal photos) and probably gym selfies. PCOS sufferers and slow carbers, those with allergies.
