I’ve been doing calories in/calories out + exercise and I’m down 40lbs this year.
Lowest weight I’ve been in ten years, probably. Size 16 pants. Feeling very good. Weight loss has kind of slowed, though, so I’m going to try Keto again for the month of August (context: I lost my gallbladder last year and a high-fat diet was very out of the question) and see if I can’t kick it into gear!
