I don’t wanna get into too much detail, but let’s just say /certain people/ became very active in the fandom and chased a lot, and I mean A LOT of people away.

Yup, someone headcanoned Hiro’s favourite food to be poptarts and it completely blew up. For days on end the entire Big Hero 6 tag was filled with poptarts.

It were some amazing times. The poptarts. The carrots. No food was safe.
I am a firm believer that the BH6 fandom went downhill when the movie came out. The pre-fandom was so much better.
I refuse to see pre-movie BH6 and post-movie BH6 as the same fandom, becauce they're fucking not.
I miss the good old times when our only worries were what food Tadashi was going to shove up Yokai's ass next.
Peeps from the pre-fandom will understand what I mean.
