In this story, this is Michael essentially coming out to Dave, though he won't recall or will deny it happen. And both Dave also just not wanting to make matters awkward and worse, he too will pretend it didn't happen. When he accepts and feels relief to admit it, all the regret and guilt of him two-timing Trevor comes barreling down on him.

In the aftermath, Dave will let Michael rest until he is sobered up and Dave will crash on a couch in the meantime. The next morning, Mike will not remember a thing and will be shocked to see Dave with coffee and maybe a breakfast bagel. Mike will nervously joke if Dave and him do something and Dave will be like haha no no no. Dave will play it off like nothing extreme happened and try to be professional about it to have some control over the situation.

In this page Brad pretty much bribes Trevor to fuck with Mike for a packet of drugs. Trevor in his own turmoil goes "why not, I want to anyway and I'll get high as well" this takes place when the rift between Trevor and Mike is getting bigger and bigger.

When Mikey first expressed to Trevor he wanted to get out of the "game". And Trevor didn't take it too well. I also think that Mike always came back too since he really did enjoy committing crimes and heiyst.
