Post run
Here's my update for my food intake for the past three days. Boxing day: an apple & 2 table spoons of pb. Lunch: Some soup in town (5 tablespoons) & a small froZen plain yogurt Dinner: 3 chicken strips & a handful of peanut m&s Thursday: 2 small chunks of mango and pomegranate seeds in 200g of natural yogurt. A scrambled egg with some pulled turkey. Snack: Mango chunks Sharon fruit & pink grapefruit. 2 welsh cakes with jam & cream Late lunch: turkey strips with sprouts onions stirfry yummy mix with a small sweet potato. Dessert: 3 said welsh cakes then one with a bacon rasher & cheese & two baby tomatoes! Can't believe how much I ate! Friday: incredible run this morning - 20 minutes of good sweaty times. Breakfast: half a honeydewmelon. A poached egg with a tsp of organic beetroot radish and a grating of Parmesan. Snack: 250g of yogurt, half natural, half Rachel's organic Greek with honey Lunch/dinner: a poached organic chicken leg I pulled the meat off the bone & added to a leafy salad with balsamic & a grating of Parmesan Dessert: see the lush update on dark chocolate wodge, I had just under half & 2 choc digestives & a custard cream See I tried to resist the sugaryness, but baby has got cravings! Less than yesterday though. Plus copiuous amounts of water & herbal tea Over & out bunnies, will do a body update on nye x
