S - chocolate & 2 almonds w Persian tea

S - potato chips

D - baked cauliflower & 5 mini spring rolls w sweet chili sauce & homemade garlic sauce (i.e. Greek yogurt w garlic)

S - some chocolate, 4 taai taai, 2 scoops ice cream (well, dinner was low carb right...) 😅

Exercise: 15min workout, which means i have to go running tomorrow 🫣
