Following on from my earlier post about email headlines on mobile devices, here is a practical guide to implementing customised pre-headers in your EDM's. Pre-headers are the 'preview' that is often displayed by your mobile device or email provider like Gmail. It helps users to understand a bit more about what is in the email.
