As much as I love thinking/writing about pre-incest and all the angst, I don’t like reading it =p
I want Sam/Dean to hook up at some point.... So I never read pre-slash fics.
You could try looking at the UTS (unresolved sexual tension) tag on AO3 or spn storyfinders (ust!wincest). You might find such stories there.
2. No, don’t know any. Might have seen some that were bottom!Dean thought, but I don’t pay such stories any attention.
