A Better Roof Tile Rake
Tile roof newly install by a contractor that did not take the time to prime and pre-paint the rake and eave. Anyone wonder why this is a concern? First of all simple logic is the boards on the ground or saw horses can be primed and paint easier than on a ladder. The other almost impossible thing to do now is paint behind the rake tile leaving bare wood if you don’t. Here is a couple of my roofers…
