General Ritual Bath
Hi guys!
For those of you who haven't heard about ritual baths yet, they are used to cleanse, center, and focus yourself before ritual or spiritual work. There are so many ways to perform a ritual bath, but the most common ways I see involve soaking, usually in epsom salt. For those of us without access to a tub and who would like to use epson salt, here's an easy way to incorporate it into your shower routine!
You'll need:
A jar/container
Popsicle sticks/a spoon to mix
Skin safe oils (I recommend sweet almond, but this could literally be plain canola.)
Epsom salt (any scent!)
Optional: essential oils, herbs
I mix the salts and oil together until I find a good last consistency. Then I add a few drops of essential oils or herbs.
You can add crystals if you like, decorate, or charge. Epsom salts are great energy clearing tools! I use this mixture as a scrub in the shower. Bonus: it smells great and makes your skin super soft.
