Post ward mic, before he was hired at UA. He deeply despised his chest at this time. His chest has grown much more noticeable to him. Causing him to $h and harm the skin beneath his chest. He was not yet together with aizawa till at UA. When aizawa eventually forgave mic, he was able to afford breast reduction surgery!

It starts back when Hizashi was a kid, he surrounded himself with people who would unfortunately shove bugs in his face just for fun. That being either siblings, family members, friends. They all found Hizashi’s fear of bugs rather silly.
The tormenting escalated over time till he was about 14.
He remained friends with Aizawa throughout this time. Having broken up with his previous friends and found himself spending time and having sleep overs with him.
(At 15 he was a closeted trans female to male)
Although. He grew very possessive and obsessed over aizawa. He never has been exposed to relationships ever as he grew up being into males rather than females.
Eventually he has a huge manic breakdown episode thingamabob when he was 19. He had a huge crush on Aizawa but at the time, Aizawa wasn’t all too interested in him (he aint gay,,, for now) and rejected him. Hence the episode. He did many things, although i cant go into too much detail because im still a fetus for a few more months!!!! I can mention he did $ H and ovaa4dos333. He took various substances and drinks as at the time he was really obsessed with aizawa. It was baddd.
Eventually Aizawa did find out about this whilst being beside him, still as friends. Not as lovers. When Aizawa found out, he contacted a ward, eventually leading to a 2 month period where present mic spent the horrors in the ward. He was diagnosed with BPD, sVicidaaal ideation, anxiety, and schizophrenia. He was known for being very agitated as he grew increasingly uncomfortable taking pills and forced to take medication via syringe. Unlocking even more fears for him!
After that point. The ward eventually released him. But at the cost of him becoming the hollowed out man that he was (WINK WONK WINK WONK rememba THISSSS)
He hadn’t talked to Aizawa until recent years (10 years) as he started working as a teacher at UA. He had well much matured. Although experiencing a few problems since coming from the ward. But they were manageable with meds.
Aizawa eventually got a formal apology from present mic. Both of them growing in different ways now they were older. They found each other talking more and more. Finding comfort in one another. Aizawa was glad present mic was growing. But something was off about him. Present mic had stopped taking addicting substances such as nicotine and alcohol. And much much worse things. But it left aizawa feeling off. Since he was so used to seeing present mic making a fool out of himself by drinking like crazy and doing things that would get him into huge trouble. Aizawa ultimately had to grow used to it.
At some point they move in togethaaaa.. gay people things..
Present mic goes into a depression phase and hurts himself but aizawa is there to help him heal! Hence the scars under present mics right boob, it was those scars. He was struggling ever since he was a little kid, he was trans. He disliked his body a lot but couldnt get himself to remove his breasts. Bwomp. (This info will be fixed w time cus i forgot to mention this at the start HELP!!!)
Leading to the provisional license exam, present mic was exposed to bugs. If you didnt know already!
This is where the crazy stuff happens…
The scare from the bugs during the test had caused him to have ptsd of the past. Being exposed to bugs of all sorts. But something was off. He couldnt overcome the fear this time.
He felt this fear become a part of him. Filling in his hollow insides (from the ward). After the exam ended He could explain this feeling as butterflies in his stomach. He felt like puking he felt nauseous constantly. He couldnt get himself to eat plants at all. But instead meat.
Aizawa noticed this turn immediately when present mic regurgitated ALL his ceasar salad one wednesday night. Present mic exclaimed he couldnt find himself eating plants. He felt like a disgusting mite. Chewing at grass and leaves. He mentioned how much he preferred a carnivorous diet. This heavily confused aizawa.
