JB hogwarts au where jaime is obviously in gryffindor, cersei and tyrion in S like tywin (tyrion could be R but i hc that both he and C follow tywin but he ignores them for jaime). Which house would you put Brienne in? I'd say hufflepuff, although G could work i guess...

I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve tried to put these characters in houses lol. I ALWAYS get stuck on freaking Brienne. Brienne is also a toss up between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff for the same reasons (since they’re written with like the same qualities. SERIOUSLY THESE TWO ARE THE ONE PERSON TWO BODIES OR WHATEVER THE FUCK)

Buuut I think I’d put Brienne in Gryffindor because yes she is very very loyal, but Gryffindors can be loyal, and her loyalties stem from love, which aligns nicely with how Gryffindors tend to pick allegiances. Brienne says she’s loyal to her oaths , but in the end she follows her heart. Also, it takes a lot of courage for a woman to say fuck it and put on armor in that society. What makes it an even braver act is that she put on armor mainly due to her not wanting to marry a person who didn’t love her and who she didn’t love in return, while deep down desperately wanting that life style and type of reciprocated affection. She could have settled in hopes of achieving it but didn’t. That’s fuckin gutsy.

today he picked me up after he was done busting his butt at work. He does very physical labor and lately has not had good sleep(we don’t stay together right now so we both do not sleep well <3 )  Today I mentioned my appointment and ultrasound on the 21st and he said “That’ll be awesome I can’t wait to go.” and then started asking about the time and if I could push it back later so he could definitely get out of work early and come with me. I mean he has told me he cares about this, it’s the whole reason he is working so hard and coming home so exhausted every day but..I don’t know, he already has three children, I think subconciously I figured he was a bit indifferent and could go with or without but when he says things like that and in such a tender manner it makes my heart go wild and remember why we are doing what we can.   Ugh how I love thee! :)
