Not to sound like I don’t know, straight edge about it, but the way it feels after you get into a sober streak yk and you finally say, “Okay, one beer tonight,” and you realize that you don’t even like it because having a clear head feels BETTER now… like no beer thanks I have to protect my clear head high… one of my favorite things that’s happened to me.
