“Let me guess. ‘You won’t get away with this’.”
"No. Of course you'll get away with this because I am merciful and take merriment in wasting time with you."
Anubis dully replies with bored satirical tone. Sarcasm dripping from his words. The Precursor could care less about this human.
Head canted to the side. He sighs and taps his foot.
Precursor! Verse: T3chn0J∆ck∆L

He screamed at the Abstergo soldiers. Snatching up his Ankh and opening his mouth wide to bellow, lips lifting to show teeth and gums, ears laid back.
There was nowhere the Precursor could run. Cornered in a building filled with computers. The Piece of Eden began to sing and glow when he backed up against a computer engine.
Glancing behind himself, the jackal noticed something amiss with one of the monitors. Apparently malware had invaded the technology. An idea developed and Anubis smirked.
“Unfortunately the Templars shan’t have what they desire.”
Raising his Ankh high in one hand. A bright flash engulfed the room. The soldiers cried out. Attempting to shield their eyes.
He could feel himself breaking down into numbers and codes. Transported straight into virtual space. The first system Anubis found looked promising. Diving straight into it.
The room was empty and the henchmen of Abstergo sighed. Their Grandmaster wasn’t going to like this.
Traversing through the endless passage of systems. Anubis began to write numerous codes and links to disguise himself. Traveling deeper where other servers couldn’t go. He eventually came upon a very interesting person.
And the tag name caught his fancy. Observing and examining he deemed it and proper hiding place and decided to hide the Ankh in the core of the individual’s system.
Settling down to float in the millions of commands being sent out and received. The Egyptian realized that this was a hacker of a sort. A very skilled one.
“Entertaining….I wonder what he’d do if I did this…”
Anubis wrote out a code with the sweep of his hand and disabled an app. Messing with it and causing the files to malfunction. Cackling, he went to hide himself deeper in the system.
