Am I the only one that actually likes the BotCon set for this year? Yeah, It’s a lot of red and Sea Clamp’s head is weird, but Cicadacon’s vehicle deco is awesome and the other three look great all around to me. The combined mode also looks way better than I expected it to. I really can’t judge the theme as a whole until we see the other exclusives (a new Magnaboss in all likelihood) but I can’t find too much in the box set to complain about unless Beast Wars characters as vehicles just plain doesn’t work for you. I would like to see what it would look like in Tripredacus's toy colors though.
BotCon has revealed the artwork for their 2016 box set ‘Dawn of Predacus’! The artwork features Predacus stomping through the city as it’s destroyed around him. The box art fits in perfectly with the other Combiner Wars box sets. The packaging features illustrations by Marcelo Matere and colors by Josh Perez. One interesting thing is seemingly a Terrorsaur based jet flying near Predacus. Could this mean there will be a BotCon 2016 exclusive Terrorsaur?
