sorry not fucking sorry but if u try to say that fictional child gr**ming doesnt affect real people then guess what u are complicit and u are participating in grooming urself because you are contributing to normalising that behaviour! maybe ur not involved directly but the more you defend it the more emboldened actual predators become! so fuck you for prioritising your gross ass ships before the safety and comfort of real children

Note from me : This is a huge agree from me, Mothy is great at writing Miclarith, but the other canon queer characters are horribly written. As a Lesbian myself, it was hard reading Veno's novel because of Lolan, I had to convince myself to just go through it and skip any possible paragraph mentioning her after getting captured by the duke.

i'm not into inuyasha, do you mind explaining the posts about this sesshomaru character?

of course! so basically: sesshomaru has the appearance and mentality of a 19 year old. physically hes much older than that. but for all intents and purposes: he’s 19 one day he meets rin, an eight year old orphan who has been mauled and killed by wolves. he subsequently revives her with his sword tenseiga, and rin starts following him. sesshomaru lets this happen. therefore sesshomaru becomes her caretaker and her guardian i want to say that rin travels with sesshomaru for the best part of a year, give or take. the point is that their established relationship becomes that of a child and guardian - some people see this as a father/daughter bond, others brother/sister.  unfortunately there are people who ship them romantically. they seem to think that its okay for “sesshomaru to wait until she’s older” but. if you’re an adult, who’s waiting for a child to grow up to an age of sexual maturity, that’s called grooming. thats predatory behaviour. he is looking at a child and deciding that at some point he will be interested in her sexually/romantically. i hope i dont have to explain why thats gross lol so last year a sequel to inuyasha was released, hanyo no yashahime. and from what i can see, they’re basically gearing up to make sesshomaru and rin a couple officially, in canon. and even if they don’t, they’ve been baiting the audience with “will they, wont they” by dropping hints and leaving it open ended. so if it does turn out to be canon, that sesshomaru waited for a child he took into his care to get old enough to have a sexual relationship with, and then had children with her? that’s fucked up and the series is fucking dead to me and a lot of other people
