Nearly everytime I go somewhere, especially if I know where the destination is ahead of time, I can expect to run into at least 2+ individuals/complete strangers who I suddenly notice nearby confirming my location and mentioning a characteristic part of my present appearance (ie. "He's got a big grey backpack," etc) while talking on the phone to someone, with or without using the earbuds with built-in microphone. Then it's almost as if I randomly start hearing my first name being said intermittently in the surrounding area, just far enough away to make it impossible to locate the source.
