@thebohemianhouse.blr , during this lockdown, @viven_batavia & I made a list of all the places we want to visit as soon as it’s all over. Our’re wedding@location was the list topper and this is where we wanted to go when all this is over. Sadly though, we learnt just a few days ago, that this place is closing down. The pandemic has left businesses suffer to an extent that tough decisions of shut down is forced upon them. Irrespective, I must say that, if there is a place that we will miss going to, it’s going to be @thebohemianhouse.blr . It made our dream come true, it gave us our dreamy wedding, something that wouldn’t have been possible anywhere else. I know & truly believe that, this venue choice was the best decision of our wedding. . . @thebohemianhouse.blr , you may decide to go, but you will be the special place forever and ever. @thebohemianhouse.blr : this place offered us everything we wanted. The open area, the greenery, the quiet calm, away from the hustle , all this when we were still in the heart of the city. . . The day we decided the venue, the first person we showed the place to was our wedding planner, the boss lady @prajnas_official from @livespotlight events. She loved the place and gave us ideas on how we could have a simple and elegant decor with adding the elements and colour of the original place. Whites and greens ONLY, she said. White was my most favourite anyway, we agreed in such happiness to her idea and here we had. Such a beautiful dreamy wedding. This place sure has our heart. Every single person who came to our wedding was so inspired and happy to see this beautiful dreamy venue and the dreamy decor. . . So many many of you loved our wedding pictures. Our wedding Venue - Our wedding got finalised, planned and executed in a mere 12 day period. It was the peak period of Nov & Dec, for all of you in the business, you sure know how this period is. For those of you who do not know, It’s the period where most wedding happen and every venue, photographer, MUA’s, caterers are all booked out and booked a good 6-10 months in advance. Our peak business season is during Nov-Dec of each year. So, when we had to find a venue, in just 12days-you can imagine what it would have been like. : : Also, since i have been in the industry for 7years, having visited and gotten an idea of many decors and location, I knew it had to be dreamy. None of the places we were looking at, gave me that dreamy feel. That’s when @viven_batavia said we had to go visit this coffee shop in one of old bangalore spots. Frankly I wasn’t sure of what’s in store but I decided to go with what my then fiancé wanted to show me. He took me to this beautiful @thebohemianhouse.blr , needless to say, I just fell in love with the place. It was a coffee shop-co working space, it would fit the intimate 120people crowd we were expecting. That’s it. We knew, I knew, that this is the place I will marry my beau. . . .
