This might be a dumb question but....

Ok so my friend bought this preheart for me

And it came with this candy thing.

And I ASSUMED it was candy but I flipped over the box and I found this

So now I’m completely confused and don’t know if that picture refers to the candy and is telling me not to eat it. I’m wondering if anyone knows if it’s actual candy or not? Or at least what it says underneath the picture?

If anyone knows, please tell me! Thank you!!
