Ben G Thomas has an excellent channel full of little videos and short documentaries about prehistoric and modern animals, there’s hours of content there and his voice is very soothing!

Henry the Paleoguy has a similarly calm style, I especially loved his video about the most important paleontological discoveries.

Your Dinosaurs Are Wrong has a fun concept, the guy looks at various dinosaur plastic toys and uses them as basis to talk about what we used to think an animal was like vs what we know now. His current channel is here, and here’s a playlist of his old episodes.
