Within the remnants of the power plant, all sectors were completely destroyed, save one, the surveillance block, where the security recordings survived. Throughout the recordings, it has later been revealed that the explosion was, not an accident, but rather an act of terrorism. A survivor learned of this and made his accounts regarding the event that took place. According to his accounts, there were two allegedly new workers with a mysterious toolbox at 7 in the morning. He questions the two workers about the purpose of the box, only to be shut out in the process. At 10:30 a.m., 1 hour before the incident, he asked the boss for a lunch break, to which the boss said “yes”. He left the workplace, went to a fast food restaurant for a burger, fries, and a drink, and went to a break trailer just two kilometers (1.24 miles) north of the vicinity of the plant. While he was enjoying his lunch, he heard a series of explosions followed by one big explosion. When he felt the ground shake, he realized that something was wrong, so he went outside to investigate only to find that his place of work was obliterated. He grieved for the loss of his friends and co-workers that were in there at the time of the explosion. According to the recordings, everything matches the survivor’s story, however, the explosions also killed the two alleged workers as well and were responsible for the plant’s destruction. While in mid-flight, the air traffic control tower received a panicked transmission from Flight 227. 227 stated that they were being attacked by 5 rogue gunmen and were meaning to take over the plane. After that, the plane’s signal flat-lined at 2:30 p.m., local time and the plane had vanished from radar. When the alarm specialist was finished with the alarm, the vault specialist shot him down and proceeded to the high security vault area, where he ignited the thermite in the space directly above the storage vault, not before killing all the guards in the process. Meanwhile, in the lobby, the four gunmen killed all the guards and held several customers. When they located the bank manager, he was forced to surrender his server room skeleton key and was shot three times in the abdomen. Inside the server room, there was a toolbox with drilling equipment inside. The four gunmen drilled a high security door that leads to a high security vault area. Once successful, they got in got into the storage vault with an x amount of cash and the vault guy inside, but not before killing the driller. After taking all the cash that was in the vault, the vault guy was shot dead. The two remaining accomplices arrived at a parking garage, found an armored car, loaded the cash in it, and the last accomplice shot the loader and drove off before police forces arrived. On the scene, at 11:45 a.m., the bank manager was found dead as a result of his gunshot wounds in his abdomen as well as blood loss. Wednesday, 7,October, 2020, 5:30 p.m., local time. Location: Dystopia Precinct, Dystopia, D.C.. Two days after the robbery gone crazy, an APB, with the help of Detective Ronald Nelson, a 19-year-old male fox, and some forensics, was able to find a connection within the events of the past few weeks. All those acts led up to one man suspected to be responsible; Charles McFarland, ex-military, leader of a military company now turned terrorist group known as Hell’s Angels. However, they could neither confirm nor deny if this suspect was responsible. In order to confirm this, Nelson would have to go undercover, posing as a member of that group, with his name being Nick Wilkinson. Monday, 12, October, 2020, 2:20 p.m., standard shipboard time. Locations: Dystopia Precinct, Dystopia, D.C. Jernoch, Dystopia. Hell’s Angels Base, Nera, Dystopia. The under cover detective went into the base and approached their leader, Charles McFarland. In their conversation, he asked McFarland to look at the PDA, to which he complied. He looked over his schedule to see what he was doing, after seeing all the past events on the PDA that matches the APB’s estimation, he was baffled and pretended to complement his work followed by the discussions regarding his next plans. McFarland told him that he had sent someone to Jernoch to blow it up with a nuke inside a power company van. Nelson was again baffled and the two exchanged farewells before heading to his cot. Meanwhile back in the precinct, at 2:30 p.m., members of the department received word from Nelson that Charles was indeed behind this and also did came up with a plan to destroy Jernoch with a nuclear bomb, forcing the department to send in KNIGHTS super soldiers as well as the military to prevent this disaster from occurring. Meanwhile at Jernoch at 2:45 p.m., a power company vehicle is parked in the center of the city and is awaiting orders from high command. From the view of the outskirts of town, the soldiers sent by the Dystopian Police Department saw a mushroom cloud in the vicinity of Jernoch. They were too late. A good portion of the populace died in the blast. Thursday, 12, November, 2020, 12:00 p.m., standard shipboard time. Locations: Dystopia, D.C. Hell’s Angels Base, Nera, Dystopia. In the precinct, the police department members have received word from Nelson that Charles had placed the nuclear detonation device in a cargo plane was planning on dropping on Dystopia itself and was boarding the plane and was asked to come along. At 12:30 p.m., at the Hell’s Angles Base, the cargo plane with the package has taken off and cleared the airspace. At 1 p.m., just on the outskirts of Dystopia, a cargo plane appeared in Dystopian airspace when suddenly, something unexpected happened. While in midflight, the plane’s engine exploded as a result of a malfunction. The plane appeared to vainly struggle to maintain altitude, but eventually it crashed. Authorities arrived on the scene, only to find that the Charles wasn’t in the wreckage, but they did find the body of Detective Ronald Nelson clad in Hell’s Angels uniform with the name tag reading “N. Wilkinson”. He died, not from the crash, but from six gunshot wounds. Studies later reveal that the bomb was a fake. The police commissioner looked through the records to find out that the young detective’s identity had been discovered and was told that the bomb was fake because Charles knew that he was about to warn the Police Department about this, so he took some extreme precautions, and the engine malfunction was in fact a result of sabotage that Charles deliberately did before finally shooting him with a revolver 6 times. Friday, 14, November, 2020, 7 p.m., local time. Location: Capitol Building, Governor’s office, Dystopia, D.C. The commissioner approached the governor and both exchanged handshakes. “So, what brings you here today?” he asked as he is sitting down on his desk seat. He had a black evening dress suit, he was a middle-aged skunk who was overweight appearance and rather short for his age. The commissioner was a wolf in his late twenties wearing a navy blue zip up rain jacket, who appeared to be in his late twenties with an average height and build who was lean in appearance. “Yes, um… it’s about the incident two days ago” the commissioner replied. “Oh?” the governor responded, followed by’ “tell me more.” “I looked into the records of Detective Nelson and according to this, the bomb was fake because Charles knew about the fact that Nelson was about to warn us, and the engine malfunction that caused the crash was result of sabotage.” The commissioner continued, “Governor, Charles shot Ronald six times with a revolver after the detective realized that his identity was discovered.” The governor sat back and scoffed in disgust, then said “That is just ridiculous, there is no way there the records you saw were true, it’s all just lies and fabrication”, then the commissioner interrupted by saying, “It’s true, I’ve seen it myself!” The governor, completely fed up with this, slapped the commission across the face and said, “You will regret those words, commissioner.” The governor finally calmed down, stood up from his chair, look outside through the window, and vowed, “The public will know this: the events that occurred were not caused by Hell’s Angels. The explosion was merely an accident. The vanishing of Flight 227 was a flight gone wrong, the robbery in the First National Bank was a fiasco, the nuclear explosion on Jernoch was a training exercise gone wrong, and the plane crashed was caused by Nelson’s prank gone bad.” Unsure about this, the commissioner asked, “Then, what about Charles McFarland? What about Hell’s Angels?” He slowly turned toward the commissioner and said in a dark tone, “There is no Charles McFarland or Hell’s Angels. There never was. Only nothing more than an urban legend.”
