The Longest hour of my Life

Doctor: Okay sir, you can come back in. We thought e were going to have to put your wife under, but she ended up staying awake.

Me: I heard a cry. Is the baby out?

Doctor: Yes sir. She’s 3 pounds 1 oz. Come on in and see.

Me (walking into the room): Hi honey, I’m your Dad.

Itty Bitty: THIS SUCKS! THIS SUCKS! THIS IS TOTAL BS! IT’S COLD OUT HERE!

Me: My god, she ‘s so tiny.

Doctor: She’s average for a 30 week gestation. Just so know, ‘s going to be in the Natal Intensive Care Unit for awhile.

Me: How long?

Doctor: Let me put it this way, does your insurance have a deductible?

Me: Yes.

Doctor: You just the decibel l bird crashing into a window.
