(1) Type of Information Collection Request: Revision of a Currently Approved Collection. (2) Title of the Form/Collection: Application for Premium Processing Services. (3) Agency form number, if any, and the applicable component of the DHS sponsoring the collection: I-907; USCIS. (4) Affected public who will be asked or required to respond, as well as a brief abstract: Primary: Individuals and households. USCIS uses the information provided on Form I-907 to provide petitioners the opportunity to request faster processing of certain employment-based petitions and applications. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond:
Filing by Mail: 199,714 responses at 30 minutes (.50 hours) per response. Electronically: 2,108 responses at 20 minutes (.333 hours) per response. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection:
100,559 annual hour burden.
