a/n: ou hey first fic what’s tea🤗 this is inspired by stand on it by kwn, everytime i listen i think of ju, i’m super excited for you all to read this and i hope y’all enjoy!! and also juju I NEED THAA😭😭
eight pm, friday night.
right before judeas game, the two of you had gotten into a heated argument. it was about ju’s following on instagram, you wouldn’t consider yourself controlling but it definitely comes off as it at times. the whole situation was petty truly, all you remember was telling her that you could find someone better, really rude and uncalled for leaving judea slamming the shared bedroom door saying, “stand on that” and ju always stood on what she said.
you layed on the gray comfy couch, snuggled under the white cover, regretting on how you expressed your emotions, you knew you needed her and she needed you. she had been gone for a good two hours now, you watched her play on the tv in front of you. You could tell something was bothering her based on how she played, everything was aggressive, the passes, the techs she got, even when she shot the ball, something was bothering her and it was your fault. as she was in the middle of a game she had caught another tech making her have to sit out for the rest of the game all you can see is her mumble “fuck” as they showed her walking to the bench.
This may sound sick to others but you loved seeing judea angry, something about how her eyes darted and darkened did something to you. her energy was so dominant and strict and you loved it, everytime the two of you got into it, it always ended with your legs spread with judea sitting pretty between them.
After an hour went by you had did an everything shower to get your mind off everything. contemplating on what you are gonna say to your girlfriend to explain what you meant. going into your kitchen in your tiny pink boy shorts with a black bra to match along with your hair pulled up into a slick up bun usually the hairstyle you do to match ju. As you got your desired snack you went and plopped back on the couch now watching your comfort cartoon“it don’t take this girl that long to come home, she playing” you mumble to yourself as you clicked on your pinned messages contact name read as “mybabyy” typing up a message.
pretty girl <3
baby you otw?
mybabyy
mhm, be there in 5.
her response was dry, you could feel her energy through the phone, stern. you knew she was still upset about what happened prior, which she has every right to be.
pretty girl <3
okay, when you get here can we talk?
mybabyy
it isn’t anything to talk about.
see you in 5
All you could do is heart the message, what could she mean by that? you and judea would never break up because of a petty arguement but her vibe was completely different. as you began to overthink you felts tears drop fall amongst your thigh. ever since highschool you and judea had been together and you prayed it wouldn’t end over this. thoses five minutes couldn’t have been slower, every minute felt like hours. until you heard thoses keys jingle at the door.
the door opened, you pretend like you didn’t see the 6’2 girl walking into loft apartmen right away. she had sat her keys on the marble island as you got up and made your way to her. making your way up to the girl head down like a sad puppy you mumble a dry “hey” as you felt her eyes burn through you. matching your energy she speaks, “hi” as the two of you made eye contact you felt your panties grow damp. she had her slick back bun with her usc matching zip up and sweats, sagging a bit to show her calvin kieln black boxers, as her wispy lashes set on her pretty little eyes.
snapping back to reality you take a deep sigh before rambling, “imsosorryforwhatisaidiloveyousomuchandnoonecouldeverreplace-“ in the middle of your ramblefest judea interrupts you by shutting you up with a kiss, you had shut your eyes almost immediately. she began to wrap her hands around your waist pulling closer. you were about to put your hands on her face to deepen the kiss but she pulled away. you looked at the girl with low eyes in confusion. “i forgive but i don’t forget , gotta make you stand on it baby” she smirked as she picked you up bridal style causing you to squeal.
throwing you onto the shared king sized bed, she hovered on top of you placing her soft lips on you once more, deepening the kiss by sticking her tongue in your mouth. moving from your lips, down to your neck, leaving bite marks all over you. “ju i need you” you groan as she chuckled softly against your ear. “sit up baby” was all she said, a whisper and you did as told. her big hands unclipped your Victoria Secret bra throwing it to the floor, she began to smother herself between your breasts making you moan softly. she made love to your beasts making out with them, leaving hickeys amongst your boobs as she began to suck on your nipple piercing.
The kisses went lower and lower until you were completely naked, as she went to your core she blew causing body to shiver, “look how needy she is mama, you need me that bad?” She teased, you couldn’t even form words mumbling “mhm” her fingers slapped your clit making you jump, “missed this pussy so much, wish you weren’t acting weird so i could’ve done this all day” she slapped your core once again. if this was how karma felt, you never loved it more. she slipped her index and middle in and out of you at a painfully slow pace to began. “faster ju please” you whined as she ignored your whines and pleads.
“was being such a mean girl to mommy earlier, do you really deserve it?” she questioned as you moaned in frustration at how deep her fingers were in you. “fuck yes i’m so sorry baby i would never ever say thoses words again” you rambled like a maniac. after that you felt the speed increase with her finger thrust making you mutter, “oh my gosh” your eyes rolled to the back of your head. the whole scene was erotic. Jujus eyes burned through you like a laser, watching how your face scrunched up and how your hair laid on your face, ruining you just with her fingers. you try to grab her hand forcing her to slow downbut she popped your hand. “touch me and i’ll stop” she spoke sternly. you obeyed and whined feeling yourself get closer.
“mommy i’m so close, please let me cum” you whined pathetically. “not so fast baby, gotta taste you” juju spoke before diving head first in you, smothering herself in between your legs. throwing your head back at the feeling of her wet tongue doing magic on you. “you taste like heaven baby” judea whined at your taste making you clench your thighs around her head. you opened your eyes to savor the pornographic scene, looking at it was enough for you to climax. “you look so pretty like this” judea muffled sending vibrations though your body, spelling out “JUJU” with her tongue amongst your clit.
The way her finger slipped in and out of you as her tongue flicked around was way to much for you, juju could tell as she quicken her pace. “tell me you can’t find anyone better than me” she said slamming her fingers in and out of you causing you to bite your fist to quiet down. “no- nobody will ever be better than you!” you squealed feeling yourself high approaching for the third time to night. the sounds of her eating you out ringed through out the room, you felt like you were about to pass out.
“ come on baby, come all over my tongue please” ju grew submissive whining into you as she rubbed her thighs together. she didn’t have to tell you twice before you clamped your thighs around her head thrusting yourself into her face. “i’m coming baby!” your voice rang though the apartment, surely the neighbors could hear.
Ju had licked you clean, leaving you shake with each slurp, coming back up cheeks rosey, and lips wet. “kiss me” you said out of breath, judea didn’t waste anytime before slamming her lips into yours. making you taste yourself on her tongue as you alls tongue danced, nasty. ju pulled away now looking at you, “i love you” she smiled as you blushed replying back, “i love you more” the two of you smiled. ju had plopped right next to you before saying, “my turn?” as you chuckled rolling on top of her.

THIS IS BAD. LIKE THE END OF SAFETY FOR ANY NON-NATURALIZED IMMIGRANT IN THE US. NO I AM NOT EXAGGERATING.
If this story is accurate as written, this is the single thing I've been most afraid of since they started grabbing people, as a greencard holder. Why?
Let me explain. The US immigration system is broken. I'm sure everyone here can agree with that, but it's broken in some very, very specific ways. The wait times for different processes can say 'it should be a couple of weeks' but what they don't tell you is that it's a couple of weeks once you get moved from USCIS processing to NVC (national visa centre) processing.
USCIS processing is a very long queue, effectively. Your application sits in it for weeks, months, or years without being touched. That means that there's no quick and effective way to get a renewal. If you've done everything right and your visa or other immigrant benefit is coming near its expiry date, then you need to renew. The window for renewal is 90 days for most immigrant benefits and visas so if your visa is 91 days away from expiring and you send in your application, they'll send it back and tell you to wait.
The wait time at USCIS drastically exceeds those 90 days, so when you send in your application for extension, you get a little receipt you need to carry around with your visa or greencard that says 'the person named here has a one year extension on their benefits while we process their extension application.' Sometimes processing at USCIS takes so long you actually have to call and get multiple receipts before you get a new visa/immigrant benefit. Because sometimes processing is so backlogged it takes literally multiple years.
The way this has always worked is that if you have a receipt that shows you Did Your Part, you're considered in-status even though bureaucracy means that it takes longer to renew your status than it should and the dates on your visa/greencard/other immigrant benefit say it's expired.
What they're saying about this woman is that she renewed and had not received the renewal yet and they're counting that as having been out of status.
That literally affects every single non-citizen immigrant in the US. If this is how they're playing, there is no longer any way to actually 'do things the right way' because they've taken away the ability to do so. We're fucked.
This is what I've been terrified of because there's no longer any way to stay in-status when you need to renew. Your expiration date is the last day you're safe and they'll use their own bureaucracy to detain you.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services officials focused on denaturalization were sent to offices nationwide, sources say.
Colleen Long, Laura Strickler, Daniella Silva, and Nicole Acevedo at NBC News:
WASHINGTON — The Trump administration is dramatically expanding an effort to revoke U.S. citizenship for foreign-born Americans as it works to curb immigration, according to two people familiar with the plans.
Over the past several months, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the agency within the Department of Homeland Security that’s responsible for legal immigration, has been sending experts to its offices around the country or reassigning staff members to focus on whether some citizens processed through those offices could now be denaturalized, these people said.
The goal of emphasizing naturalized citizens is to supply the office of immigration litigation with 100 to 200 possible cases per month, one of the people familiar with the plans said. Such cases have typically been very rare, involving people who concealed criminal histories or previous human rights violations during their application processes. The New York Times first reported the quota.
By comparison, throughout the four years of President Donald Trump’s first term, the administration formally filed a total of 102 such cases, according to the Justice Department.
The effort is part of the overall push by Homeland Security to drastically curtail immigration and deliver on Trump’s policy agenda. The push has included DHS’ sending scores of immigration enforcement officers into U.S. cities on deportation missions and purchasing mega warehouses to hold detainees.
DHS has also increasingly sought to remove legal immigrants from the U.S. by revoking thousands of visas, including for some people who participated in pro-Palestinian protests, and trying to deport green card holders.

Trump administration officials are looking for shortcuts to speed up the process, the two people familiar with the plans said. USCIS officials have concluded that dedicating staff members, either by sending experts or by training them across the agency’s 80-plus field offices nationwide, would be more effective in rooting out more cases than the previous Trump effort, headquartered in a warehouse in Pasadena, California, they said.
The Justice Department has already told attorneys to focus on denaturalization cases, and it has offered possible case examples, from “individuals who pose a risk to national security” or who have engaged in war crimes or torture to people who have committed Medicaid or Medicare fraud or have otherwise defrauded the government.

Trump has long been preoccupied with the notion of citizenship — who gets to be an American and who doesn’t — and has expressed displeasure with immigrants from what he calls third world nations. He is separately seeking the power to strip citizenship from those born to foreigners in the U.S., though “birthright citizenship” appears in the Constitution. The Supreme Court is weighing his argument.
[...]
Foreign-born Americans were generally stripped of citizenship only if they were found to have committed fraud during their application processes. In past decades, those cases focused on ferreting out former Nazis who fled to the U.S. after World War II under false pretenses. Both Democratic and Republican administrations have sought to increase investigations, but it’s still rare for a reason, a former USCIS official said.
[...]
Republican lawmakers recently introduced a bill that would allow the government to strip citizenship from anyone found to have committed fraud against the government or joined a terrorist group or anyone who is convicted of a serious felony within 10 years of their citizenship.
So far in Trump’s second term, 16 cases have been filed and the administration has won seven, including one case involving a man originally from the United Kingdom who had been convicted of receiving and distributing sexually explicit images of children.
The Trump Regime is ramping up efforts to revoke US citizenship for foreign-born Americans in their nativist quest to reduce immigration, with plans to bring 100-200 such cases per month to meet mass deportation quotas.
If the government truly didn’t mind immigration as long as it was done “the right way,” it would have funded USCIS, not ICE.
USCIS is the agency that actually processes immigration applications.
Instead of allowing paper applications to sit for years in backlogged courts, they would have invested in making the process faster and more efficient and respected due process.
It would've gone to: hiring immigration judges, immigration hearings, and reform
They would not detain people at immigration court/interviews, work to denaturalize citizens they deem unworthy, or overwhelm the courts with endless lawsuits and habeas petitions at the hands of ICE' disregard for due process
Transgender women athletes can no longer receive O-1A, E11, and E21 "extraordinary ability" visas.
Ryan Adamczeski at The Advocate:
The Trump Administration has banned transgender women athletes from receiving "extraordinary ability" visas, preventing them from traveling to the U.S. and competing.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services issued a new visa policy Monday that prevents trans women from receiving O-1A, E11, and E21 visas, which are designated for individuals "who possesses extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics." The guidance did not use the word transgender, but incorrectly referred to trans women as "men compet[ing] in women’s sports."
There are no known trans athletes who have traveled to the U.S. under the "extraordinary ability" visas. USCIS has not said how many people the policy will affect, nor if there are any trans women who have recently received the visas.
The policy is another way for the administration to impose Trump's executive order banning trans athletes from competing in sports that align with their identities. Both the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee have already agreed to comply with the order, despite the vanishingly few number of out trans athletes competing.
[...]
While the visa policy could impact athletes coming to the U.S. for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, even fewer out trans athletes have participated in the Olympics.
The Trump Regime’s war on trans people continues with barring trans women athletes from obtaining "extraordinary ability” visas that would permit them to take part in the 2028 Summer Olympics.
