How to freeze Avocados! What! I can’t tell you how many times I spent my last dime on a bunch of unripened avocados with the grand plan of waiting until they were perfectly ripe and then making a homemade guacamole just to have them turn into black wrinkly orbs. YUCK.
At least if I freeze them I can put them in smoothies. Not sure what else they would be good in? Salad dressing?
