Pumpkin seeds from 3 pumpkins
Roasted 1 hr at 300°F
Seasoned with olive oil, s&p, garlic and paprika
Fun fact, the garlic used was also grown locally on my parents farm
Pumpkin guts got puréed
Windfall apples - aka those that naturally fell and were picked from the grown - got puréed into apple sauce
All jars have been properly preserved for dry storage now
And I took a little pumpkin purée a few remaining apples to make these delicious pumpkin-apple muffins 🥰🥰
